Job Summary: 

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess 2 to 4 years of experience in UX design. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered designs for our digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into compelling experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
2. 2.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
3. 3.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Framer.
4. 4.Design and iterate on user interfaces based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
5. 5.Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
6. 6.Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
7. 7.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
8. 8.Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies within the organization.
9. 9.Collaborate with other designers to maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.
10. 10.Contribute to the improvement of design processes and workflows.

Requirements:

1. 1.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. 2.Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in UX design for digital products.
3. 3.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Framer.
4. 4.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. 5.Experience with user research methods, including usability testing and persona development.
6. 6.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. 7.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
8. 8.Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and deliverables.
9. 9.Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
10. 10.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
