Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience and possess expertise in SharePoint Online development, customization, and workflow building. Additionally, familiarity with Office 365 tools and PowerShell scripting for automation is required. Responsibilities:

1. 1.Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions to meet business requirements.
2. 2.Design and implement SharePoint workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
3. 3.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. 4.Integrate SharePoint with other Office 365 tools to create seamless user experiences.
5. 5.Develop PowerApps solutions to extend SharePoint functionality and enhance user productivity.
6. 6.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online issues.
7. 7.Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and ensure system efficiency.
8. 8.Stay updated on the latest SharePoint Online features, tools, and best practices.
9. 9.Participate in the planning and execution of migration projects from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
10. 10.Train end-users and administrators on SharePoint functionality and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2.Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in SharePoint development and customization.
3. 3.Proficiency in SharePoint Online development, including building custom web parts, lists, libraries, and workflows.
4. 4.Experience with Office 365 tools and services, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
5. 5.Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
6. 6.Experience with PowerApps development and integration with SharePoint.
7. 7.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) and its integration capabilities with SharePoint.
8. 8.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues.
9. 9.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. 10.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11. 11.Experience with SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to SharePoint Online is a plus.
