Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work in an Agile environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to meet project timelines and deliver best-in-class solutions.
2. Develop high-standard, scalable, and maintainable code on the Salesforce platform.
3. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
4. Utilize your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to implement custom solutions that meet business requirements.
5. Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions to support business processes and workflows.
6. Work with industry-standard repository tools like GIT for version control and collaboration.
7. Collaborate with key business and technical stakeholders to design and architect Salesforce solutions.
8. Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce development and integrations.
9. Create technical documentation to support solution design, development, and maintenance activities.
10. Demonstrate creativity and critical thinking to solve complex problems and optimize Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in global software development and deployment.
3. At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and partner ecosystem.
4. Salesforce Certified Developer credentials (Platform Developer I or II) are required.
5. Strong proficiency in developing Lightning Components (Aura or LWC).
6. Thorough knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
7. Experience working with large-scale enterprise organizations, preferably in both Front and Back Office environments.
8. Experience with CI/CD-based deployment methodologies.
9. Familiarity with complex integrated environments where multiple systems interact with Salesforce.
10. Experience with Salesforce connected apps is preferred.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and technical stakeholders effectively.
