Job Summary:

 We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience in EPC, specializing in Water & Wastewater projects. This position is based in New Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Accountable for timely and budget-compliant project delivery, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and milestones closure.
2. 2.Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
3. 3.Ensure project deliverables meet planned timelines and costs, maintaining overall project profitability.
4. 4.Organize, support, and assist team members in fulfilling techno-commercial contract terms and conditions.
5. 5.Review project schedules and track progress with stakeholders, monitoring site progress, delivery commitments, and budget variances.
6. 6.Manage invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
7. 7.Identify and implement risk management processes to mitigate project risks.
8. 8.Manage project changes as per requirements.
9. 9.Present monthly Project Reports to stakeholders, detailing costs, revenues, payments, cash flows, and KPIs.
10. 10.Lead the project team until successful completion and commercial closure of assignments.
11. 11.Conduct regular reviews with Engineering and Materials departments to ensure timely supply.
12. 12.Conduct Kick-Off meetings with customers and essential team members (Engineering, Proposal, etc.).
13. 13.Coordinate submission and approval of drawings and documents with customers.
14. 14.Resolve project execution issues related to Engineering, materials, etc., with Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members.
15. 15.Coordinate and manage on-site workforce, addressing associated issues.
16. 16.Manage project information for easy reference and retrieval.
17. 17.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and focus on project objectives, and mediating disputes.
