Job Summary:

Elysian Design Lab is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer Intern to join our team in Thane (W). This is an opportunity for freshers with a passion for interior design to work on exciting projects, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues from concept to completion. The internship duration is 3 months, with a stipend of 7 KPM.

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Develop creative and innovative design concepts aligned with client objectives and project requirements.
2. 2.Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. 3.Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
4. 4.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized throughout the process.
5. 5.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to communicate design concepts and progress.
6. 6.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to enhance design capabilities and knowledge.
7. 7.Collaborate with team members to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

1. 1.Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Interior Design or related field.
2. 2.Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. 3.Strong conceptual and technical design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
4. 4.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. 5.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
6. 6.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. 7.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
8. 8.NCIDQ certification is a plus.
