Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at our AI Edtech

Platform. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions including recruitment,

employee engagement, training and development, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will

have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work

culture.


Responsibilities:


1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including job postings, screening

resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

2. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transition

and integration into the organization.

3. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related

matters.

4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure

compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work

environment and enhance employee morale.

6. Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and

feedback sessions.

7. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and

support career development initiatives.

8. Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee files, attendance records, and HRIS

updates.

9. Provide support in HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and

benefits administration.

10. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and

effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor&  degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the technology or education sector.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees

at all levels.

4. Extroverted personality with confidence and assertiveness.

5. Experience in technical recruitment and knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.

6. Excellent managerial communication skills, both verbal and written.

7. Presentable and professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.

8. Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.

9. Understanding of training and development concepts and methodologies.

10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
