2.       Product Development Process Skills : Agile Methodology (Product development process), GIT, Jenkins, Maven (Code Version and Deployment process), API integrations,

3.       Soft Skills : English Proficiency (Overseas Stakeholder communication experience), a Problem Solver (Analytical and Logical reasoning)

Role

We are looking for a talented & excellent programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, a few years of experience in process-oriented and reputable companies, & impressive technical skills. This remote position is based in India and requires the ability to work effectively with a global team across different time zones. We are particularly interested in individuals who are good at problem solving.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams located in various time zones to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

·       Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

·       Debug and resolve software issues, ensuring optimal performance.

·       Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Assist in the development of software documentation and user manuals.

·       Manage your work schedule to accommodate team meetings and collaboration across different time zones.

·       Work in a complex integration environment, dealing with diverse systems and technologies.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

·       Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering principles.

·       Demonstrable technical skills with a proven track record of successful software projects.

·       Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP, APIs)

·       Experience working in process-oriented and well-known companies.

·       Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·       Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Nodejs, Python, PHP, Java etc.).

·       Working exposure on Angular or React  (Min 1 Year)

·       Experience in server side scripting language is preferred but not hard requirement.

·       Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

·       Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup.
