Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic startup based in Baner, Pune, as we advance from our initial phase (P0) to a scalable product (P1). As a Fullstack Developer, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and maintaining our innovative software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include building robust backend systems using Golang, developing responsive user interfaces with React and Redux, integrating with Postgres databases, and leveraging AWS cloud services. Additionally, your expertise in gRPC and Microservices architecture will contribute to the scalability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• 1.Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• 3.Implement backend services using Golang, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• 4.Develop frontend components using React and Redux, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• 5.Integrate with Postgres databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• 6.Utilize AWS services, including S3 buckets, for cloud-based storage and deployment.
• 7.Implement and maintain Micro Frontend and Microservices architecture for modular and scalable development.
• 8.Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on backend development using Golang.
• 3.Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and Redux, with a keen eye for user interface design and usability.
• 4.Experience working with NO SQL databases, preferably Postgres.
• 5.Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure fundamentals.
• 6.Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including gRPC and Microservices.
• 7.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 8.Proactive communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• 9.Prior experience in the Product-Led Growth (PLG) domain is a plus.
