Responsibilities:

• 1.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• 2.Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• 3.Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms to support marketing initiatives.
• 4.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• 6.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; however, dropouts with exceptional problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
• 2.Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
• 3.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• 4.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
• 5.Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• 6.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 7.Familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus.
• 8.This position is for the Nagpur office; candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.
