Job Summary: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team at Aditya Fasteners in Khamgaon MIDC. This position requires proficiency in bookkeeping, general accounting, and petty cash management. The ideal candidate should also possess strong skills in MS-Word, Excel, and Tally ERP, along with knowledge of taxation and GST.

Responsibilities:

• 1.Preparing statutory accounts.
• 2.Ensuring accuracy of payments, amounts, and records.
• 3.Working with excel sheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
• 4.Recording and filing cash transactions.
• 5.Following up on payments with customers.
• 6.Credit control and debt chasing.
• 7.Processing and filing invoices.
• 8.Managing expense requests for accountant approval.
• 9.Conducting bank reconciliations.
• 10.Maintaining confidentiality of all financial data.
• 11.Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• 12.Monitoring daily communications and addressing management queries.

Requirement:

• 1.Proven experience as an Accountant or in a relevant role.
• 2.Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, and Tally ERP.
• 3.Knowledge of taxation and GST practices.
• 4.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• 5.Attention to detail and accuracy.
• 6.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 7.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
