Job Summary:

Position: Business Development Executive Location: Mumbai Company: Elysian Design Lab, Thane (W) Experience: 1 to 3 Years Education: HSC Plus

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on interior projects sales.
2. 2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the architecture and interior design industry.
3. 3.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to facilitate business growth and client satisfaction.
4. 4.Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
5. 5.Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
6. 6.Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
7. 7.Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
8. 8.Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure client needs and expectations are effectively communicated and met.

Requirements:

2. 1.Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
3. 2.Technical Skills: Proficiency in interior projects sales, social page management, lead generation, and English speaking.
4. 3.Relevant Domain: Familiarity with the architecture and interior design industry domain is highly desirable.
5. 4.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to leverage them effectively to drive business growth.
6. 5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
7. 6.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative sales and marketing solutions.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
9. 7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
