Job Summary:

Position: Senior Salesforce Developer Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Bangalore Tenure: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Process Builder, Lightning Flow, Workflow Rules, and Apex. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality code for our products, ensuring the adoption of best Salesforce development practices, and collaborating closely with our Core Ops and BD team to enhance our customer engagement processes.

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Independently design and deliver code for products with a quality mindset.
2. 2.Provide oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers.
3. 3.Master the Salesforce development process, culture, and codebase to improve it.
4. 4.Create end-to-end, cross-cloud impacting integration automation (API and UI) with internal and external services.
5. 5.Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other 6.routine tasks.
6. 7.Develop business processes using Process Builder, Lightning Flow, Workflow Rules, and Apex.
7. 8.Stay up-to-date with all the latest Salesforce updates.
8. 9.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Requirements:

1. 1.Minimum four years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
2. 2.Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, 3.custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
3. 4.Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
4. 5.Experience with Apex and Lightning components.
5. 6.Strong knowledge of reports and Salesforce administrator tools like Sharing Settings, Profile Management, and User License Management.
6. 7.Excellent stakeholder management skills.
7. 8.Integration and custom coding experience is a must (Lightning & Apex).
