Job Summary: 

We are currently seeking a Lead PHP Developer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess 6 to 9 years of experience in PHP development. As a Lead PHP Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting and implementing complex web applications, and ensuring the overall success of our PHP projects.

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Lead a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
2. 2.Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
3. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
4. 4.Manage project resources, including developers, timelines, and budgets.
5. 5.Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
6. 6.Troubleshoot and debug issues reported in production environments, ensuring timely resolution.
7. 7.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
8. 8.Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
9. 9.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
10. 10.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the development team.

Requirements:

2. 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. 2.Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience in PHP development, with proven leadership experience.
4. 3.Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
5. 4.Strong understanding of MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and other PHP-based frameworks.
6. 5.Extensive experience in architecting and implementing complex web applications.
7. 6.Proficiency in database design principles, optimization techniques, and performance tuning.
8. 7.Experience with version control systems such as Git.
9. 8.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
10. 9.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
11. 10.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
