Job Summary: 

   We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in system administration, with proficiency in Windows Active Directory, group policy management, desktop support, and basic networking. The role will involve handling desktop hardware and operating system issues, installing development applications and database servers, and providing basic network support. The candidate must be based in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

1. 1.Manage Windows Active Directory and Group Policy to ensure smooth user access and security compliance.
2. 2.Handle desktop hardware issues, including troubleshooting and repairs.
3. 3.Resolve operating system issues and provide technical support to end-users.
4. 4.Install and configure basic development applications and database servers as required.
5. 5.Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues and configuring switches.
6. 6.Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical issues.
7. 7.Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
8. 8.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2.Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in IT administration, system administration, or related roles.
• 3.Proficiency in Windows Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• 4.Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware and operating systems.
• 5.Basic understanding of networking principles and switch configuration.
• 6.Ability to install and configure development applications and database servers.
• 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 8.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
