Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional Web Designer with a keen aesthetic sense for elegant and user-centric web design. The ideal candidate will excel in both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, translating high-level requirements into intuitive interaction flows and artifacts.

Responsibilities:

• 1.Design and develop visually compelling and user-centric websites.
• 2.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
• 3.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• 4.Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• 5.Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all projects.
• 6.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• 7.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs into code.
• 8.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• 9.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch or Figma.
• 2.Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• 3.Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• 4.Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• 5.A robust portfolio demonstrating design skills and previous work.
• 6.Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• 7.Good grasp of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• 8.Effective communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts.
• 9.Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
• 10.Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
