Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Associate Software Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in Nodejs, Python, or PHP (Laravel) along with JavaScript, MySQL, micro-services architecture, multithreading, data structures, and algorithms. This role involves collaborating with global teams across various time zones, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• 1.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
• 2.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.
• 3.Identify and debug issues to ensure optimal software performance.
• 4.Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• 5.Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
• 6.Manage work schedule to accommodate team meetings and collaborations across different time zones.
• 7.Work in an integration environment involving diverse systems and technologies.

Requirements:

• 1.Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering principles.
• 2.Demonstrable experience with successful software project deliveries.
• 3.Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and APIs.
• 4.Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like GIT, Jenkins, and Maven.
• 5.Proficiency in Nodejs, Python, or PHP (Laravel), and familiarity with at least one additional programming language.
• 6.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 7.Effective communication skills for technical discussions.
• 8.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• 9.Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially from Tier I institutes (NIT, VNIT, IIIT, etc.).
